What is DEPRO?
DEPRO is a web-based timetable management system built for schools. It brings automatic, conflict-free timetable generation, teacher management, duty planning, leave and substitute processes, and reporting together on a single platform.
Do I need to install any software to use DEPRO?
No. DEPRO is entirely web-based; you use it from the browser on your computer, tablet or phone with no installation required.
Is the timetable really generated automatically?
Yes. After you enter your class, lesson, room and teacher data, the system evaluates all constraints and generates a conflict-free timetable automatically. You can fine-tune it by hand whenever you like.
Can I import my existing Excel data?
Yes. With the bulk upload feature you can import your class, lesson, room, teacher and lesson-distribution data into the system in minutes using a single Excel template.
How do teachers access the system?
Each teacher is given their own account. Teachers see their own timetables and duties and submit leave requests from the panel.
Can students and parents see the timetable?
Yes. Class timetables can be viewed through the portal, which does not require membership.
Is our data safe?
Your data is stored privately for you; each school can access only its own data. Access is protected with role-based authorization and encrypted sessions, and regular security updates are applied.
How many schools or campuses can I manage?
DEPRO supports a multi-school structure; each school’s data is kept completely separate from the others.
